Good morning...

All of my appointed time, I will wait til my change come; and though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.

Correction is not something that is viewed as edifying, more so the anguish that comes with it. As we go through the process of salvation, God had already predestined the outcome for all; He knows our end at the beginning.

As a child learns to run, they must go through intermediate steps and will some times fall. But The Lord is faithful in that He will always encourage us to rise back up and remember from whence we have fallen and do the first works.

You can't skip steps maturing in the spirit and the things of Christ. Running with a zeal is good but dangerous without knowledge. We must take time and get before Christ and understand and know Him; in this we glory.

The race is not given to the swift, nor the battle to the strong nor to men of understanding, but time and chance happens to all.

Run therefore with patience the race that has been set before you, not as one that beateth against the air, but with purpose: looking onto Jesus the author and finisher of your faith.
